Gerrit builds for JDT UI BETA_JAVA_* branch should run against the latest Y-build.

Currently, it runs against I-build and hence it doesn't have access to the APIs added in JDT Core BETA_JAVA_* branch. As a result, the Gerrit build always fails. 

This is a problem as tests need to be run locally and individually wasting a lot of time. Otherwise, the test failures are known only after the next Y-build.

The same is applicable to JDT Debug BETA_JAVA_* branch Gerrit builds also.
