Investigate reducing the size of the worker pool or otherwise throttle the
scheduling of jobs when available memory is low.
Comment 1 John Arthorne CLA 2005-01-10 16:04:48 EST
Attempts to limit the size of the worker pool were not successful. Clients who
then schedule and attempt to join a job when in this state can hang the system.
