With this bug will make the required changes in Releng configuration file.

So, we need two things:
1. We need to installation of java12 on the test build machine
2. We need to have releng configuration changes similar to Java11(bug 539464)

This needs to be done in our Y or P builds. 4.11 does not officially support Java 12.

/shared/common/java/openjdk/jdk-12-ea+30_x64

/shared/common/java/openjdk/jdk-12_x64-latest also points to it.

Created the required releng configuration for linuxJava12.
Also cloned the required Java12 jobs for Y and I build pointing to the latest Java12 SDK(removed the post build actions from these two jobs.)

Above required changes have gone in and also the required Java12 jobs are created.

Java12 job should get triggered and run for the next IBuild.
