The PolarSys POP project appears to be dead on arrival. AFAICT there is no code in the Git repository. Further, there are no active committers listed on the project. I believe that it's been in this state for some time. I believe that it is time to terminate and archive this project.

I've scheduled the termination review to conclude on June 19/2019.

I have marked the project as archived in the PMI. Webmaster, please archive this project's resources.

I think we actually archived the contents some time ago as there is an archive tarball here: https://archive.polarsys.org/archived_projects/pop.tgz

Beyond that I've cleaned up everything else.
