The PolarSys ReqCycle project appears to be inactive. AFAICT, there has been no commit activity in at least a year, and there has been no Bugzilla or Gerrit activity around the project. I can find no evidence that the project has issued any milestone builds or taken any steps toward issuing a formal release.
