The PolarSys COTSAQ project appears to be inactive. AFAICT, there has been no commit activity since the initial contribution was pushed, and there has been no Bugzilla or Gerrit activity around the project. I can find no evidence that the project has issued any milestone builds or taken any steps toward issuing a formal release.
