Let's identify PolarSys projects that are either inactive or are otherwise unresponsive and determine a course of mitigation. Where sensible, we will engage in necessary reviews.
AFAICT, the following projects are inactive and are candidates to terminate: * PolarSys 3P * POlarSys COTSAQ * PolarSys Rover * PolarSys POP * PolarSys ReqCycle AFAICT, none of these projects have had any Git activity in at least a year.

Thanks Gael. I've created blocker bugs to track each of these terminations. Did I miss anything?
Summary of our current state: I've created termination review tracking bugs for the following projects: * PolarSys COTSAQ * PolarSys Rover * PolarSys POP * PolarSys ReqCycle Project leads were included in copy. We've had no push-back from anybody yet. I would like to schedule the reviews this month; to do that I'll need confirmation on the last two by February 13th. If you have any feedback, soon would be good.
It appears that we're done.
