Run the JavadocBashertools to:
- make sure that javadoc is consistent on all platforms (this also checks for
API consistency)

Above change has mostly changes from bug 494453 to copy the updates to other platforms + one change in Display class regarding method JavaDoc update to GTK Display class.

Resolving now.
