As mentioned in bug 536343 comment 17, I'm asking for ability to change selectAndReveal coordinates.

Currently SSE use same start/length for highlight and select, in PDT I need two different pairs, for example start/length for IMethod and start/length for IMethod#name.

Currently we are using custom SelectionHistory (overriden by StrcturedTextEditor.getAdapter), but if we switch to SSE version,  ClassCastExcetion will happen.

Dawid, can you open a new bug for the selection history, and action delegates, with the stack trace? I'm not sure I'll be able to contain that for the September release.
