Nick, it's one of many things written down in the Handbook, which even I need to read through a bit more. https://www.eclipse.org/projects/handbook/#pmi-commands-iplog details this particular part of it.

Can somebody add a sentence or two of "executive summary" to describe the release in the "description" field?
