MPC already supports checking for updates of installed entries, as well as associating features to Marketplace entries through additional P2 metadata on the feature. We should use this to point the MPC feature to a corresponding MPC entry on the Marketplace, so we can update MPC through MPC. Furthermore, if we detect an MPC update, we should ask the user to apply it using a notification entry.

MPC update notification

This is what the notification looks like if an MPC update is available. "Show updates" will switch you to the "Installed" tab, where you can see all available updates, "Update now" will trigger the update wizard steps immediately.
