The current idea is:

For JDT:
Sopot supplied the 20 or so most popular tweets from the last year. These are the unformatted Tips you are looking at now.

For Photon.
We will move the New and Noteworthy content to Tips

For PDE
We will transform the current list of tips (ie. from the html document)

For Platform
We will transform the current list of tips (ie. from the html document)
