end of the view tab area 

I'd like to be able to drag and drop a tab group by holding on to the end of
the view tab area.

Fixed in head. 

Note that you can't actually drag from the minimize and maximize icons (which is
where the arrow points in the attached image) -- the fix only allows dragging
from the empty space on the right of the tabs. Please reopen if this isn't what
was being requested.
