This is a followup from work done in:
(Replace x11 with gdbus)

This cleans up the build.sh -> make_linux.mak files, making make_linux.mak independent but yet still backwards compatible with build.sh.

The objective is to simplify build mechanism for development.

It also adds a dev_build_install target, which makes it easier to install eclipse and eclipse_XXXX.so into a development eclipse for development/testing.
