Build 20040219

If one customizes the color theme, then export this to a preference file.
Start another workspace, import preferences.

The new workspace doesn't reflect the preferred color theme, even after 
restarting it.

Side question: why isn't the color theme preference located under 'colors' 
preferences ?

We are currently working on moving the color theme into the colors page.  This
should be addressed by M8.
