Hi webmasters,

the link to the Eclipse Public License on the page "Governance Documents" https://www.eclipse.org/org/documents/ links to version 1.0 of the EPL. I guess this should be changed to link to the most resent version EPL-2.0.

I've updated both /org and /org/documents.
