Build 20040219

I have autobuild turned off. I usually develop, and when I think it is a good 
time to build, I press Ctrl-B to check if I have problems in my code.

Since I20040219, when I press Ctrl-B I have no more progress dialog, no 
feedback at all that it is building. How long am I supposed to wait for my 
problems to appear? What if I have no problems? I won't know when building is 
finished.
