EGit icons are old, mostly still GIFs, and don't include HiDPI versions ("@2x").

They should be migrated to PNGs and there should be HiDPI versions for all of them. Note that most icons have been copied from platform; these should simply be replaced by their originals from eclipse.platform.images.

Includes the wizard banner images.

See also bug 465456 comment 26 :-( . We'll have to keep around a few GIFs in addition to the new PNGs.
