open cloned repository failed

Environment:
Win7x64 
Firefox 45.9.0

Steps to reproduce:
1.	In the vertical side­menu click on the repositories link
2.	Click on the drop down button and then click on the Clone Repository button.
3.	In the popup that appears click on the Morebutton.
4.	Another dialog window should open. In this dialog enter the Repository URL. Make sure that the New folder radio button is selected and enter a name with GB18030 characters. Click OK
5.	Click on the repository dropdown button and select the one that you just created. Open the repository.

Perhaps not exclusive to OrionHub. I was able to reproduce it on orion.eclipse.org with Japanese characters in the folder's name.

Couldn't reproduce on OrionHub. This seems to a problem with the Node server.

could you ping me the server URL? I tried to use orion.eclipse.org(node server) to reproduce the issue but could not reproduce. I tried two folders with Japanese and Chinese name, both of them succeeded with cloning a repo into them.

I also tried a folder with Chinese name on this server, the cloned repository also can not be opened. Could you please try to reproduce this again? Thanks.
