org.eclipse.epp.mpc.ui and org.eclipse.epp.mpc.core packages are missing from EFT in Oxygen M6, therefore the Eclipse Marketplace is not available.

It's indeed broken.

You're probably hinting at this error:
org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Could not resolve module: org.eclipse.epp.mpc.core
etc...

?
If so, it looks this is essentially the same as Bug 514257 reports?

Thanks for the hint it is also the same as Bug 514149. I will keep this opened to have myself a better overview that i must watch theses issues.
