As per discussion with Valentina, this is a feature request from our Bank of Montreal customer. This is a usability feature that the customer use a lot from the JProbe product. After profiling the application, you drill down to a method. For example, you are looking at a view with a list of methods ordered by cumulative time. Double-click on one of the methods and you are brought to a view (see screen capture). This view allows you to quickly navigate from current method to the parents (caller) and children (other methods called by the current method) methods. So, in the screen capture, SimpleDateFormat.<init>(String) are called by the 4 methods listed in the list box above and it doesn't call any other method in this case.
