Using Oxygen 4.7 Build I20161221-0400.

OS: Ubuntu 14.04 with org.eclipse.swt.internal.gtk.version=2.24.23

All dialogs (Eclipse Launcher, Find/Replace, About Eclipse SDK, etc.) can have a wrong initial layout. Some are initially blank, some have a wrong size. If the dialog can be resized this usually corrects the layout. The problem is intermittent but occurs more than 50% of the time (for Help > About Eclipse SDK it seems to be initially blank 100% of the time).

The problem started occurring in a recent integration build (at or before I20161215-2000). Does not happen with GTK3.
