In bugzilla 499370, the format tools have been added on edge label selection but only in the tabber. These tools must also be available in properties view ("Fonts and Colors" part of Edge appearance tab) and in contextual menus ("Format/Font..." and "Format/Font Color").

Steps to reproduce:
* Open a diagram (with an edge with a label)
* Select the edge
* Open the properties view.
* In Appearance tab, buttons Bold, Italic, Font color, Font name, Font size, Underline, Strike trough are enabled
* Select the label of the edge
* The appeatance tab is not visible.--> KO, these buttons must be visible and enabled on label selection
* Select the edge
* The contextual menus "Format/Font..." and "Format/Font Color" are enabled.
* Select the label of the edge
* KO, these contextual menus are not visible.
