I think having dockable views would be nice.  For example, now you can have 
the Java Browsing Perspective Open, and you can set some of the views to "Fast 
View"...it would be nice if those views could be dockable or free 
floating...meaning you could move that window around "floating" on top of 
eclipse (sorta like adobe photoshop does with its toolbars).
