A few things need to be updated to build 4.6.2 stream. I'll track them here ... as I think of them :) 

1. mb4M.sh needs updating to say "stream = 4.6.2"

2. The parent pom needs to be changed to 4.6.2 -- which will require coordinated updates from all components that point to it. 

3. build_eclipse_org.shsource should be updated to default stream to 4.6.2 (not strictly required, since we update mb4M.sh  ... but ... probably less confusing. 

4a. All the "products" in org.eclipse.platform.releng.tychoeclipsebuilder need their artifactId version incremented to 4.6.2. 

4b. Plus, similar changes in product definitions. 

5. branding bundles have a version used in "about box" that should be updated. 

6. update .eclipseproduct

7. some "label" values in parent pom updated
