The editor selection dialog should allow multiple selections.

ALSO, double-click (to select and accept) does not work in this dialog.

Steps:
*Window->Preferences
*Expand Workbench, select File Editors.
*Click Add button next to associated editors table
BUG: Notice list is not multi-select.  Also notice that double-click does not 
do anything.
