Papyrus provided several years ago an EMF-Compare integration as Extraplugin. Now this feature is directly provided by the EMF-Compare components with a newer and better integration. So the Papyrus plugins must be deleted from the git repository. The concerned plugins are : 
- org.eclipse.papyrus.uml.compare (stored in extraplugins/uml/compare/)
- org.eclipse.papyrus.uml.compare.ui (stored in extraplugins/uml/compare/)
- org.eclipse.papyrus.uml.compare.diff.tests (stored in tests/junit/extraplugins/uml/compare)
- org.eclipse.papyrus.uml.compare.file.tests (stored in tests/junit/extraplugins/uml/compare)
- org.eclipse.papyrus.uml.compare.tests (stored in tests/junit/extraplugins/uml/compare)

+ their feature
+ pom.xml to update
+ remove this component from the Papyrus Additional Components

The feature for GMF, UML and Papyrus are now provided by the EMF Compare update site : http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/emf/compare/updates/releases/latest/

The code has been remove from master (oxygen)
