In the Add or Remove dialog, after pressing Finish, a confirmation dialog should appear when modules are about to be removed.  The user should be able to cancel the dialog and have the option to not show the dialog again.

It should also appear after selecting the Remove action of the context menu of one or more selected modules from the Servers view.

The confirmation message should be customizable by extenders/adopters via an extension point.
