It's the hs_err_pid11476.log file created by the JVM upon crashing

This morning I updated Java to the latest patch version: 1.8.0_101-b13

After that, Eclipse crashes regularly.
It's not really consistently reproducible, but it happens often after I open the Type Hierarchy for a Java class.
