Hardcopy of Help Contents on 4K screen

I am using a 4K screen on Windows 10. The Windows scale-factor is set to 150%. With this setting the Help Contents window is almost unusable:
- some texts are rendered much too large
- the right toolbar is cut

The attached hardcopy shows how it looks on my screen.
