Guideline chopping text.

When "Show print margin column" is enabled for the editor it ends up chopping text, see attached pic.

Suggestion, render the column guideline first and then render the text, a more ugly but workable solution, don't render the guideline if text exist in the same column.

For Setting: Window -> General -> Editors -> Text Editors
