The PDE project creation wizard provides the option to generate plugin projects 
based on base Eclipse extensions.  A number of tools also provide extension 
points that can be exploited by business partners and customers.  It would be 
nice if these tools could extend the PDE project creation wizard to allow for 
the creation of a project that extends a specific thirdparty extension.  
Although this is somewhat possible today, all documentation states that this is 
for internal use only.

This request also requires the ability to either override or modify the code 
generation for the "plugin.class" file.
