Properties in Dark theme

When I change Theme(in Appearance under Preferences) to Dark and restart IDE, the properties tab is still grey, not black.

Josef, Thanks for reporting!
This is a duplicate of a sneaky bug. 

In general, with GTK 3+, we should use Eclipse Neon. 

If you're using Eclipse Mars with GTK 3+ , there are two options: 

Upgrade to Neon : you can get latest Neon version from here: 
eclipse.org/downloads/index-developer.php

Tell Eclipse Mars (or lower) to use GTK 2, by adding the following lines to eclipse.ini

--launcher.GTK_version
2

Thanks for info.
I am using GTK3 + Neon. 
I haven't found that bug:)
