The Smart Project Importer (Bug 472614) has a menu item called File > Open Project.

This is inconsistent not only with the meaning of "Open" used elsewhere ("Open" meaning "open stuff in an editor or similar"; "Import" meaning "add stuff found elsewhere to the workspace"), but also with itself: Selecting the "Open Projects" menu item opens a dialog called "Import projects".

(FWIW, the dialog should be called "Import Projects" with Title capitalization.)
