In Papyrus, the grid is shown with a solid line, regardless of the properties of the line style. Bug seems to be specific to SWT/GTK (Linux, OS-X).

While Papyrus is management the user preference, I thing, GEF is actually drawing the grid. Bug is reproducible with currently neon developer build (it appeared some weeks ago).

This should be caused by (SWT) bug #493722.
