Description David Williams CLA 2016-05-22 13:38:09 EDT
In bug 493856 we moved the "clickthrough" information to the readme file.

But at RC3 was felt risky to make too many changes to the "index templates". They are made to perform ok if clickthroughs do not exist (as they do not, for many platforms) but to simplify the templates we should also remove all the special logic that checks for them.

In addition to all the logic to see if a "clickthrough exists", this enhancment would also remove our special, custom "download.php" and instead we would directly use the one from the Eclipse Foundation (that controls mirror selection.

We will investigate this in 4.8

Removing the target as there are no plans for this
