All of the subprojects of GMT have been archived, leaving the container project empty. It's time to terminate and archive GMT.

The project has a website, but I haven't located the source.

There is a download site that appears to contain some old MoDisco downloads.

The project does have some committers; it's not clear what they have commit rights on.

It looks like GMT has a bit of a lingering presence on CVS.

I declare this review successful. 

Gregoire/Hugo (project leads for MoDisco): there are some MoDisco files in the downloads area for GMT [1]. AFAICT the MoDisco download page does not reference anything there and these are likely just leftovers from an earlier move. Do these files need to be moved, archived along with other GMT artifacts, or just deleted?

The repo items for GMT, in addition to Forum and Bugzilla instances, have all been archived.
