I don't see this issue with above combination at my end. Refer attachment.

It works for me, but on my machine the branding image is not rendered (see bug 490678).

Which browser is used? (open the internal web browser and go to https://whatbrowser.org/

We already have bug 490116, but this one here is more severe.

Also note, that in this case, the links are on the left and not on the right.

This doesn't show any result. Looks like it is Internet Explorer 8, as I don't see any result on trying https://whatbrowser.org/ with IE8 also.
