I noticed a problem configuring my eclipse in fullscreen mode. When I opened my preferences and for example want to add a Java Runtime the dialog for adding the runtime opens behind the preferences window. But this only occurs when I'm in fullscreen mode. Redoing this in normal window mode, its behave as aspected.

A similar issue was reported here https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=482222 but in this case I think my one is more general.

Moving to SWT: the steps work fine in 10.10.5.
