Open the Web Browser preference page:
  * Add a new browser: it doesn't appear unless you re-open the pref page
  * Remove an existing browser, and then add a new browser: the removed browsers re-appear.

WebBrowserPreferencePage configures its TableViewer with an ArrayContentProvider with the list of browsers available at creation time.
