This looks a lot that the bug that was fixed by https://git.eclipse.org/c/sirius/org.eclipse.sirius.git/commit/?id=17827bf5fa3165e168db755cb07d157f9ee713f3.

The fix is available in Sirius 3.1.3, see http://download.eclipse.org/sirius/updates/releases/3.1.3/. Canh you confirm if after updating to that version the problem is still present? Thanks.

Thanks for the confirmation. Closing as duplicate of bug #470596, where the fix was done, even though #470596 was not directly about this problem, but was the cause.
