New class dialog exhibiting the issue

Hi,

I've installed Eclipse in Fedora 23 and noticed some glitches in several dialogs: those with a white description header section. For instance: workspace selector, new project/class/XYZ assistant, class file editor, about dialog...
Labels in those headers have some white padding surrounding them, but the header itself is grey -or transparent- when it should be white as well.

This happens in current stable Eclipse Mars release and also in 4.6M3 builds.

If you make Eclipse to use GTK2 (SWT_GTK3=0 environment variable), none of this happens.

Tested using OpenJDK 8 and Oracle's JDK 8. Fedora 23 uses GTK version 3.18, and I also tried different GTK3 themes, all with the same result.

I've added an screenshot to show the issue.
