Example of bad rendering under Ubuntu Linux

Really poor rendering of Eclipse Neon I under Linux. 

The UI rendering Is quite slow. Seems that at each rendering pass the UI is "one step behind", WRT the previous rendering step.

Looks like another manifestation of Bug 459117.
