There are two UA performance tests that always fail, as far back as I looked (M2 and 4.5).

If not obvious, I recommend this bug be used to "disable" these two tests, close it as fixed, and then open another enhancement to "add them back", when ever someone has time and energy to look at them in detail.

It's not obvious which are these 2 tests as the log is long gone.
