Screenshot from New Java Class wizard

After I upgraded to Fedora 23, the wizard is presented in a gray background. I am using the Classic. It was rendered as white in Fedora 22. 

Same for the scheduled tasks.

I am using the Classic theme and Default (current) Color and Font theme

Fedora 23 uses GNOME Version 3.18.1
