Package Explorer text starts out (correctly) as white, then turns to black,
making the Package Explorer unusable.
Dark Theme selected.

It's not only the labels on package explorer nodes, it's also the labels on the perspective buttons. See the attached screen shot.

Thanks fro reporting this. 

I tried switching to the dark theme and playing a little bit with it, but in my case, it works fine. (I'm on Windows)

I have two questions: 

1. @Gavin: I see Mark reported the issue on MacOs. Which is the OS you're using?

2. @Mark/Gavin: Could you please provide steps to reproduce the issue?
