Team/Push To Upstream/Configure
Clicking "Dry-Run", I had an error, but the modal popups could not be acknowledged and I had no choice but to kill the eclipse process.

In the blocked state I had the "Configure Push" popup, the "Push Results" popup with the error "Nothing to push", and the "Progress Information" popup telling me "Trying pushing to remote repositories".

The "Progress Information" was the topmost (and only accessible) popup, but it never went away and clicking the Cancel button (the only button in this popup) did nothing.

Please try latest 4.1 nightly build, it should be fixed in 4.1.
