Using Eclipse for C/C++ Mars.1 from
https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/eclipse-ide-cc-developers/mars1

When starting Eclipse, with all defaults (so without anything in the Task view). If I trace using org.eclipse.osgi/debug/bundleTime=true

Starting org.eclipse.mylyn.tasks.ui_3.17.0.v20150909-1822 [324]
End starting org.eclipse.mylyn.tasks.ui_3.17.0.v20150909-1822 [324] 394

It looks like it takes 394ms to start. Perhaps because of class loading?
