The toggle state of several view menu actions is not persisted.
Show Qualified Names in the Variables View and Debug View
Show Constants, Show Static Variables
Show System Threads in the Debug View

There may be others.

The menu items do not render properly until a debug target is launched. Once I 
lanuched a target I noticed the state came back properly, but when I initially 
realized the menu, the state looked lost.

Needs investigation.

The actions are not instantiated until a selection change occurrs in the view. 
Then the toggles and states are updated properly.
