For the grouped view, if you go to preview the replace mode, there are no checkboxes on the groups (but there should be).

We should also not show empty groups - i.e. if the there are no 'exact matches' don't show the 'exact matches' grouping.

Currently the checkboxes do not properly un-check all child elements, but that is caused by bug 479781.
